Hair Color - Short dark ocean blue hair
Eye Color - Yellow with a D-pad shaped iris. Irises can change shape.
Headgear - A yellow headband with a bow at the right side's end. The bow is shaped like a D-pad.
Outfit - Rei wears a seafoam blue set of overalls, accented with a dark blue. She has a puffy, white sleeved undershirt. On the chest area, a small logo matching closely to Nintendo's logo labeled "Nintone" lays just underneath the hem. On her stomach are two dark cyan colored buttons labeled A and B, with a yellow D-pad on the left side. Her back is adorned with a large yellow bow shaped as a D-pad button. She wears cream colored silk thigh high socks, of which are adorned with two cylindrical, semi-transparent buttons. She wears yellow athletic shoes. On her hands are dark cyan fingerless gloves with openings for the back of her palms.
