Seiko Itazura / 悪戯清子   is an UTAU co-owned by KSM and NEAR and voiced by KSM
Seiko is an energetic, sociable and positive yokai who tends to see the good in things. She is known to also have a mischievous and unpredictable nature. She likes pranking and tricking humans, particularly those in positions of power or big egos. She and Seto are the most important thing to each other, and thus refer to themselves as siblings.
