Vampa Teo is a human mage with no clear memory of his past, which is tied to the conscience of Honoune Makiko, a dhampir who, near death, struggled with bloodlust but vowed to protect his girlfriend, Kesshou Yukino. In a tragic moment, Makiko was killed by Yukino's sister, Kesshou Sami, who stabbed him to stop him from harming Yukino. Makiko's conscience was secretly taken by his companion, Ignis Faatus, and transferred into a new form: Teo, a dandy barman with a dream of becoming a famous singer.
Five years later, Teo meets Yukino, and they both experience a strange connection, realizing their past relationship. Yukino proposes to Teo, giving him a ring that bonds them, symbolizing their deep emotional connection. Teo’s singing talent is discovered by Yukino, leading to his career at Artificial Tunes, where he forms a trio with her friend Re, called Regal Crystal Blaze, alongside his solo singing career.
