He's a cheerful guy who lives in the wide net of the digital world, costantly walking over the countless streams of media and passion from users. Not much is known about how he came to be or how he exactly lives, but he's known to be a beam of light and happiness to whoever he meets in his travels around the various digital system of the world.
In his DiffSinger story he successfully receives an android body with visible robotic joints and features while still retaining a more human-like look. His eyes contain cameras and his FOV has a permanent system U.I that he uses to canalize the world around him powered by his native OS "WORLD:AI".
The more the AI system advances, the more his body gets human like.
No one knows how or why his personality is extremely advanced, very similar to a human's if not on the same level.
